With the theme "Canossian Pilgrims of Hope - Our Root and Our Way," the event provided a meaningful opportunity for reflection and fellowship among students from various Canossian schools.
The day began with an engaging ice-breaking game that helped students recognize their shared identity as Canossian S.6 Catholics. They reflected on their secondary school journeys, expressing gratitude for the learning experiences, friendships, and opportunities they had received.
Following this, students listened to a sharing session by Sr. Veronica, who spoke on the footsteps of St. Magdalene of Canossa. She reminded them of the theme encapsulated in the Bible verse: "Ask, and it will be given to you; search, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened to you" (Matthew 7:7) and emphasized the words of our Foundress: “Take heart and do not look at yourself but at God.”
Students then took part in a handicraft workshop, where they chose empowering words to inspire them along their DSE journey, such as faith, hope, mercy, love, and health.
The day concluded with a Mass, which fostered a sense of community and strengthened the bonds among students as they celebrated their shared faith.

The program concluded on May 24, 2025 with a Conservation Education Activity Sharing Session and Graduation Ceremony, where our team proudly earned the first runner-up honors for their outstanding presentation. We celebrate our students’ dedication and look forward to seeing how their passion for conservation will shape a greener future.
On 23rd May 2025, all our students gathered in the School Hall to enjoy a special performance of William Shakespeare's "The Tempest". We are grateful for their memorable performance and look forward to hosting more theatrical events in the future.
We are delighted to announce that our girls have been shortlisted in the SOS Mental Health Hackathon organized by Wofoo Social Enterprise and Wellness Hub, and sponsored by the Bright Future Charitable Foundation. They have funded to conduct a student-initiated mental health wellness program on May 19th and 20th during lunchtime to support each other before the final examinations.
One of the highlights is the visit of two Mister Softee ice cream trucks. Students can claim an ice cream by sharing their small moments on a postcard and experiencing simple joy.
Additionally, we are excited to introduce a student-designed mascot to you. With Otter's self-healing and optimistic personality, it is intended to heal souls and uplift everyone.
Other booths, such as CHAT TGT, are designed to be companions for each other, featuring a food sensory session to experience different emotions, and a movie and popcorn session, all contributing to a relaxing and cheerful school experience. The joyful faces of our girls wrapped up the emotional wellness program successfully.

On April 4, members from our school's two praesidia, Mediatrix of All Graces and Immaculate Heart of Mary, participated in the Acies, an annual collective consecration to Mary, organized by Curia Mater Dei at Christ the King Chapel.
The ceremony began with an Opening Prayer and the Rosary. Members lined up to place their hands on the staff of the vexillum and recite their dedication: "My Queen, my Mother, I am all yours, and all that I have is yours." The Catena was prayed before the Mass began.
During the homily, Rev. Francis Xavier Wong emphasized the importance of devotion to Mary within the Legion and encouraged us to take pride in our identity as legionaries. He reminded us that we are not individuals but part of a community—an army united in faith. He stressed that our prayers and services should stem from love rather than obligation or habit.
The Acies concluded with the Concluding Prayer, the Frank Duff Prayer, the singing of the Legion Hymn, and a group photo to commemorate this special occasion.

The day was filled with engaging activities that showcased the students' creativity and enthusiasm for the Christmas spirit. The teacher-student talent shows and various games brought everyone together in a celebration of love, kindness, and the birth of Jesus. We extend heartfelt gratitude to the students, teachers, and staff members whose contributions made this event a resounding success. Such gatherings not only unite us but also foster a sense of community and support for charitable causes.
May the impact of this remarkable Christmas celebration resonate throughout the year, inspiring us all to continue spreading kindness and generosity.
Livet - SA Exco 2024-25
On 20th December 2024, we came together for the Christmas Mass, celebrated by Father Grégoire Vignola.
Before the Mass commenced, the E-Caroling video produced by the Hong Kong Diocese was played to remind everyone to spread hope and peace throughout the world. Following that, some students introduced the "Set Life on Fire" project, which aims to organize a Christmas Fun Day for underprivileged families from Canossian primary schools. They called for students' support through almsgiving during the Mass.
During the Mass, Father Grégoire shared an inspiring homily about the essence of Christmas. He emphasized that Christmas is a time of love, as Jesus’ birth represents the greatest love of our Lord for us. He is our Light, which gives us hope, as He comes and lives among us. Filled with such love, we should share Jesus’ mission by becoming a mirror, reflecting the Light of Jesus to the darkest places in the world so that His merciful love can spread throughout the globe.
May this spirit of love and hope flourish in our families, school, and society.
The Christmas Celebration was successfully held on 21st December, 2021. This has been a day that Franciscans look forward to every year. The whole school gathered in the hall and enjoyed the Christmas vibes together with all teachers and schoolmates. A brand new event, the Christmas showcase, was organised this year, allowing students to unleash their hidden talents through performing with teachers on stage! An array of performances including dancing, singing and drama were staged. Festivity filled the hall as everyone cheered and applauded for the magnificent performances. We were amazed not only by the hidden talents of the performers, but the close bonding they had established. The lucky draw and the fascinating games prepared by the Student Association added lustre to the day. May these precious moments shared among Franciscans be our drive to work hard, live well and go far!
The training camp kicked off with Student Association leading participants to have some warm-up games. Then, the mentors introduced some exciting games to consolidate exco members’ leadership skills such as collaboratively managing several difficult movements, catching neighbour’s ball in a circle, etc. We were fully engaged in team building games and giving our best efforts in order to win. Yet, we earned not only points, but trust among team members. What a fruitful day!
This workshop aims at strengthening team leaders’ public speaking skills. We are glad to have Mr VivekMahbubani as our guest speaker. He illustrated ways to speak with a sense of humour and boosted our confidence through various activities such as observation and role plays. Near the end of the workshop, participants paired up to have a “sell-my-friend” exercise. Students were asked to present their partner’s interests and one hidden fact in a funny way. We have not just had lots of fun, but also become funnier speakers. His comedy tips has worked magic!
To celebrate the 72nd anniversary of the establishment of the People’s Republic of China, the Flag Raising Ceremony was held on September 30, 2021.
